Camaro brake booster pressure sensor issue

I'm having trouble with my 2002 Chevrolet Camaro with a gasoline engine. I'm getting an error message in the speedometer and my brakes feel weak. The diagnostic says it's the brake booster pressure sensor. Could it be from a brake bleed?

Summary of the thread

A 2002 Chevrolet Camaro is experiencing weak brakes and an error message related to the brake booster pressure sensor. The issue may have arisen after a brake bleed, potentially damaging the sensor. It is recommended to have the sensor checked by a professional to ensure safety and proper functioning of the braking system.

Hey, I had something similar on my Camaro. Was the ABS system also acting up? For me, the pressure sensor was faulty after some work on the brakes. Did you check the sensor itself, or just see the error code?

I haven't checked the sensor directly, just the error code. What was the ABS doing when yours malfunctioned? And did you have weak braking too?

Yeah, the ABS light was on, and the braking felt kinda weak. After checking the basics, I just took it to a shop. They said the sensor was bad and might have been damaged when the brakes were bled. I'd recommend getting it checked out by a professional. It's a safety thing.

Thanks, I'll get the brake booster pressure sensor checked by a workshop. The repair was 90€?
