Camaro Damping Adjustment Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2016 Chevrolet Camaro owner is experiencing issues with the damping adjustment, indicated by a fault in the error memory and a warning light on the speedometer, resulting in a bumpier ride. The problem might be due to a defective cable or plug connection, particularly near the shock absorbers. It is suggested to inspect these connections and, if necessary, take the vehicle to a workshop for a thorough check.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've visually inspected the connections, but I don't have a diagnostic tool to properly test them. Which connections specifically did you have issues with?

It was indeed a faulty connection near the shock absorber. Without proper tools, it's tricky to diagnose definitively. Given the error code and symptoms, it really sounds like a connection issue. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get it checked out. In my case, the bill was about 95€.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice! I'll take it to a trusted workshop to get it checked, hopefully it's just a loose connection as well. Thanks again!

I've got a Camaro too, and your issue sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with the suspension system. Did you check the connections to the shock absorbers? That's where I'd start.
