Camry emergency call system malfunction

Which control module are you referring to? And what kind of system reset do you mean?

I meant the telematics control module (TCU). For a system reset, try disconnecting the car battery briefly. But since it's a safety feature, I'd take it to a workshop, just to be safe.

Disconnecting the battery didn't fix it. Took it to a workshop as you suggested. It was a defective plug connection. Cost 95€. Thanks for your help!

I had a similar issue with my Camry. Could be the control module. Did you try a system reset to clear the error?
