Thank you for your swift response! The heating fails on both mirrors, and it occurred rather suddenly. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Yep, sounds super familiar! Both mirrors failing at once points to a common connection issue, like you guessed. I spent ages poking around before giving in and taking mine to a workshop. They sorted it quickly, and honestly, probably saved me hours of frustration. Could be worth considering.

I appreciate your advice immensely! Given your experience and the potential hassle, I'll schedule an appointment with a reputable workshop. I got an estimate of around 95€, which seems reasonable. Thank you once again!

Hey! I've got a Camry too, though not sure what year exactly. I had a similar problem with my mirror heaters a while back. Does it happen on both mirrors, or just one? And did it start suddenly, or gradually get worse?
