No rough idling, but I did notice a slight whistling sound. Are you referring to the air intake hose? I have intermediate skills; where exactly was the defect on your vehicle?

Yeah, that whistling could definitely be the culprit! It was the hose connecting the air pump to the valve on mine. I tried patching it myself, but honestly, it's a tight spot. Best to get it properly replaced. I would take it to a workshop

Confirmed, the hose from the pump to the air valve was defective. Repair cost 175€. Thanks for the pointer!

Oh man, check engine lights are the worst! I had something similar with my Captur. It drove me nuts trying to figure it out. Have you noticed any rough idling or weird noises with the air intake? It could be a vacuum hose issue. How mechanically inclined are you?
