That's interesting! Now that you mention it, the ventilation system was a tad sluggish in the mornings. Heating seemed normal once it kicked in, though. What caused your issue?

Sounds very similar to what I experienced. The issue turned out to be a defective glow plug in the auxiliary heater. It's a pain to diagnose without the proper equipment. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed the glow plug issue and quoted me around 440€ for the repair.

I had a similar issue with my Captur. Sounds almost identical. Did you notice if your climate control was acting up before the heater died? Like, weird ventilation or delayed heating?
