Captur climate control issues
Summary of the thread
The climate control panel on a 2017 diesel Captur is malfunctioning, with error memory indicating low heating output and the AC not activating. Possible causes include a power supply issue to the climate control unit or a faulty internal temperature sensor. A suggested solution is to inspect the wiring and connections, as a similar issue was resolved by addressing a faulty connection in the control panel wiring.

Could you tell me which temperature sensor to check and where it is?

I can't say exactly without diagnostics, but the internal temperature sensor on the dashboard is often the cause. Given your symptoms, I'd suggest a workshop. They found a faulty connection in the control panel wiring in my case, like you suspect. Cost me around 95€ and fixed everything.

Thanks, I'll take the Captur to a workshop for a wiring and connection inspection. Appreciate you sharing your experience and the cost!

Sounds like a power supply problem to the climate control unit. Have you checked the temperature sensor? A bad sensor can cause the whole system to shut down.
