Captur climate control issues

Climate control panel on my 2017 diesel Captur isn't working. Error memory shows low heating output, and the AC won't switch on. I've read it might be a cable or plug issue. Any ideas?

Sounds like a power supply problem to the climate control unit. Have you checked the temperature sensor? A bad sensor can cause the whole system to shut down.

Could you tell me which temperature sensor to check and where it is?

I can't say exactly without diagnostics, but the internal temperature sensor on the dashboard is often the cause. Given your symptoms, I'd suggest a workshop. They found a faulty connection in the control panel wiring in my case, like you suspect. Cost me around 95€ and fixed everything.
