Captur emergency call system error

I have a Captur as well, though not sure what year mine is. I seem to recall having a similar issue pop up a while back. Does the error come and go, or is it constant? I ignored it for a bit, thinking it was just a glitch, but it eventually became more frequent.

The error message and warning light are constant; they don't disappear. I've checked some basic things, like fuses, but nothing seems out of order. Can you recall any more specifics about what happened with yours? Did it affect other systems in the car?

If it's constant, that's more serious than what I had. Mine was intermittent at first. I didn't notice any other systems being affected, but I eventually took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. I really think you should get it checked out by a professional, especially since it involves the emergency call system.

Sounds like a visit to the workshop is definitely in order. The initial diagnostic suggests a possible cable or plug connection issue, with an estimated repair cost of around 95€. I'll post again once I have a resolution.
