Thanks, good to know I'm not the only one. What did you do to fix it? Did you replace the antenna, or try anything else first? Any details would help.

The diagnostics pointed to a faulty GPS antenna. No software issues or connection problems. Given the age of the car, I just replaced it. I'd suggest a workshop check to confirm the antenna is the problem.

I can relate. I had the exact same problem with my Captur. No satellite connection and the error code pointed to the antenna. GPS antennas can get damaged from temperature and moisture.
