Thanks! Yes, all the windows stopped working at the same time. Did you fix it yourself, or did you need a mechanic? I'm trying to figure out how much time it will take.

Honestly, I spent some time troubleshooting, but ultimately, I wasn't comfortable enough to delve into the door panel myself. I ended up taking it to a workshop. It turned out to be a defective switch, just as you suspected. I'd recommend checking it at the workshop.

Hello! I also drive a Captur, and your description sounds awfully familiar. I had similar power window issues a while back. Were all the windows affected at the same time? It could indeed be the window control. It's frustrating when it happens!
