Hey, has anyone had issues with the solar sensor on their 2021 Renault Captur Hybrid? Mine's done 226318 km and I'm getting an error and reduced heating. Diagnostics point to a possible cable or plug issue.

I had a similar heating problem with my Captur. Check the sensor calibration. Mine was slightly off after a windshield replacement. Worth a look before you get into wiring.

Thanks! Could you tell me more about the calibration? Did you need special tools or software, and did you do it yourself?

I didn't do it myself. I had the same symptoms and took it to the workshop. They said the sensor was faulty. Luckily, the new sensor and installation weren't too expensive.

Thanks for the help. I'm taking it to a workshop for a diagnosis and sensor replacement. The repair should be around 95€.
