Captur tire pressure sensor issue
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Renault Captur Hybrid is experiencing a persistent tire pressure issue, with the system incorrectly reporting low pressure despite manual checks confirming correct inflation. The problem is suspected to be a faulty tire pressure sensor, possibly due to an empty battery, especially given the vehicle's mileage. A similar issue was resolved by replacing the faulty sensor, which successfully cleared the error message.

Good question! It's only showing the error on the front right tire. Does that align with your experience? Do you remember what your repair ended up being?

Yep, same tire! I ended up taking it to a workshop; they said it was the sensor. If the pressure is actually fine, it's almost certainly that. Could be the sensor's battery is just empty.

Thanks for the insight! I took it to my local mechanic, and you were spot on. The front right tire pressure sensor was indeed faulty. They replaced it, and the error is now gone. The repair cost me 280€. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Captur. Is it showing for all tires or just one?
