Captur turn signal lamp issue

I'm having an issue with my 2023 Renault Captur gasoline. I've got about 154006 km on it, and the turn signal lamp is acting up. I'm getting an error stored in the error memory, an error message showing up in the speedometer, and obvious lighting fault. I'm suspecting a defective cable or plug connection but still unsure. Has anyone dealt with something similar?

I might have some insight. I faced a comparable situation with my Captur not too long ago. It was like a faulty switch – sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Is it specific to one side, or both indicators? Have you checked the flasher relay? That’s a good starting point before diving deep into wiring.

Thanks for the quick reply! It's only on the left side. Where exactly is the flasher relay located? I want to give it a look before I throw in the towel and head to the shop.

Ah, just the left side, huh? Makes it even more like my problem. After some research, I found out it's most likely the plug connection of the lamp itself. I recommend you to visit a workshop, costs around 95€.

Thanks a lot! It turned out that you were right - damaged cable/plug connection was the culprit. Went to the workshop and resolved the issue, exactly 95€. Appreciate the help!
