Thanks! Nozzles were completely blocked when freezing. Where's the washer heater element located? Easy to access the cable and plug connections without dismantling everything? Would a defective heating element cause a stored error?

Yes, a defective heating element will give you an error. The heater is usually near the washer fluid reservoir, often attached to the pump. Access can be tight depending on your trim, but check it first. A workshop can quickly diagnose cable or plug issues if you're not comfortable doing it.

Turns out it was a defective plug connection on the heating element, just as suggested. They cleaned it, replaced a small section of the cable, and reconnected everything. Works great now. Total cost: 95€ Thanks for the help!

Similar issue with my Captur, though I didn't check the error memory. Were the nozzles completely blocked, or spraying weakly? Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the washer heater element itself? That might be it.
