Caravan headlight range control fault

I'm having headlight range control issues with my 2019 Nissan Caravan (gasoline engine) at 108091 km. Error memory has a fault, warning light is on, and the low beam is either too high or too low. Anyone else seen this?

Hey! Sounds familiar. I've got a Caravan too. I had a similar problem with my headlights a while back. Warning light, beams all over the place... Was yours also going crazy trying to self-level all the time? Did you check the headlight switch?

Yes, the system seems to be trying to self-level constantly, but it's not working. I checked the headlight switch first, but it seemed fine. What exactly happened with yours and how did you fix it?

Yeah, mine was doing the exact same thing with the self-leveling. Drove me nuts! I spent ages fiddling with fuses and bulbs, but no luck. Honestly, after a bit of research, I decided to bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. Turns out it was a defective servomotor in one of the headlights. Cost me around 1040€ to fix. Maybe save yourself the headache and get it checked out?

Thanks, that's helpful. A defective servomotor sounds right. I'll get it checked by a technician.
