Cavalier Air Suspension Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2003 Chevy Cavalier is experiencing air suspension failure, causing the car to lean and display error messages on the dashboard. The initial suspicion is a bad connection, but a suggestion is made to check the compressor as a potential cause. After further investigation at a workshop, the issue is confirmed to be a faulty connection, which is resolved by replacing the plug and wiring.

Compressor, huh? I was leaning towards a wiring issue, but you're right, it could be the compressor itself. What exactly am I looking for when I check it? Any specific things that scream 'bad compressor'?

Honestly, unless you're super comfortable with auto electrics, it's tough to diagnose without proper tools. If the error code points to the compressor and you've checked the obvious connections, best bet is a workshop. They can properly test it. Save yourself the headache!

Good call. Took your advice and went to a shop. Turns out, it was exactly what I suspected – a dodgy connection! New plug and wiring, cost me 95€ and the car is level again. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Cavalier. It was doing the same crazy lean. Have you checked the compressor itself? That's where I'd start.
