Ccrosser air suspension failure

Hi, I'm having a frustrating issue with my 2010 Citroen Ccrosser (gasoline engine). The air suspension seems to have completely failed. The car won't lift, it's leaning to one side, and I'm getting an error message on the speedometer, along with a warning light. The low beams are also misaligned because of this. I scanned the error memory and it confirms a fault with the air suspension. Could this be related to defective cables or a plug connection? I'm guessing air struts, suspension components, suspension pump or potentially air leaks, or compressor failure?

Hey, that sounds familiar! I've got a Ccrosser myself, though I can’t remember the build year exactly. I had similar symptoms a while back. By 'leaning' do you mean one side is noticeably lower than the other?

Yes, exactly! One side is sitting much lower, almost like the suspension has collapsed completely on that side. Did you have the same issue, and if so, what was the ultimate cause? Trying to gather as much info as possible before I start tearing things apart.

Yep, sounds like the same problem I had. Honestly, diagnosing air suspension issues can be a real pain. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop with experience in these systems. In my case they found a cable defect. Glad that wasn't a big expensive repair, just 95€!

Thanks for the advice! I'll get it booked in at a trusted workshop. Hopefully, it's something simple and not too costly to repair. Appreciate the insight!
