Thanks for the reply! Where exactly is the relay located? I had a quick look but couldn't spot it.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. Took it to a workshop, and it turned out to be a defective cable connection to the pump, just like you said. Cost me 165€ to get it sorted.

Greetings. I had a similar issue on my old Volvo V70 some years ago. The windscreen washer pump and headlight washer share the same reservoir. The fact that neither is working suggests a common point of failure. Have you inspected the cable connections to the pump and the relay? A defective connection is a probable cause, leading to system inoperability.
