In my case, the issue was indeed the idle air control valve, compounded by a dirty air intake. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed the diagnosis and replaced the valve, along with a thorough cleaning of the intake system. It resolved the issue completely. Given your attempts to clean the throttle body haven't helped, I'd advise getting a professional diagnosis.
