Ccrosser Undervoltage Issue

Thanks! Terminals are clean and connected. The battery is about three years old. I haven't tested the voltage regulator because I don't have the equipment. Could a faulty regulator cause such a significant undervoltage?

A faulty voltage regulator could definitely be the problem. It maintains stable voltage, and failure can cause undervoltage or overvoltage. Given the battery age and symptoms, I'd recommend a workshop diagnosis. They can test the regulator and battery accurately. My issue got progressively worse, so it's best to sort it out sooner.

Appreciate the advice! Took it to a workshop. The battery was heavily discharged and defective. Total repair cost was 290€. Thanks again for the help!

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my Ccrosser. Check your battery terminals for corrosion or loose connections first. That's what got me initially. Also, how old is the battery? And have you tested the voltage regulator?
