Thanks. When you say 'checked the battery,' do you mean a voltage test, or should I be looking for something else?

Yes, I meant a voltage test. I ultimately had it tested professionally, and it turned out to be the battery. I ended up going to a workshop to have it replaced.

I've experienced similar issues with my Celica. Does it happen more often in Eco mode? I found that my automatic restart was failing too. Have you checked the battery?
