Central Locking Failure on Mercedes CLK

I don't remember the exact fault code. The pump in my car was in the trunk, behind the left trim panel. But it might be different in your 2008 CLK. Check a Mercedes-Benz repair manual or a technician to find the exact location. I'd suggest going to a workshop for professional help.

After cleaning it and adding dielectric grease, the central locking system works again. The security system and car alarm are working as expected now, and the car locks respond to the key fob.
