Chevrolet Blazer Fuel Flap Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2005 Chevrolet Blazer owner is experiencing issues with the fuel flap release, which is not functioning and is causing an error in the system memory. The problem is likely linked to the electric actuator, especially since there was previous work done on the central locking system. The suggested solution is to have the actuator checked and repaired at a workshop, which ultimately resolved the issue.

The key fob seems fine, but now that you mention it, I did have some work done on the central locking a while back. Could that be related even now?

Central locking issues can definitely cascade, especially with older actuators. While it could be the cable release (if equipped), the error code points more to the actuator. You're best bet is to get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks! I took it to a shop, and you were right; it was the lock actuator. Repair cost 210€. Appreciate the help!

Sounds like it could be the electric actuator. Has the key fob been acting up? Or any prior work on the central locking system?
