Chevrolet N400 key battery low warning
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Chevrolet N400 is experiencing a 'key battery low' warning, leading to the failure of keyless access and difficulty in locking or unlocking the vehicle. The issue developed gradually, with the warning becoming more frequent until the keyless system stopped working. The likely cause is a dead battery in the key fob. The suggested solution is to replace the battery, which can be done at a workshop.

It was pretty gradual, actually. Started with the warning popping up occasionally, then it got more frequent until keyless just stopped working altogether. Was that your experience too?

Yep, sounds exactly like what happened to me. Turned out the battery in the key fob was completely dead. I tried replacing it myself, but no luck. Ended up taking it to a workshop.

Thanks for confirming! I suspected it might be the battery. I'll probably swing by a workshop and get them to take a look. They'll replace the battery for 37€, so all good!

Sounds familiar. I've got an N400 as well and had similar problems not too long ago. Did it start happening gradually, or all of a sudden?
