CHR damping adjustment error

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2019 Toyota CHR Hybrid. It's done 180563 km. I'm getting an error related to the damping adjustment. The error is stored, and a warning light is on. The ride feels really bumpy. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Thanks! Where exactly should I be looking for this cable/plug connection? Is it easily accessible, or do I need to take things apart?

It's not super easy to get to without lifting the car, and honestly, even then it can be tricky. It might be best to take it to a workshop. I ended up doing that, and the repair cost me around 95€. They said it was a defective cable or plug connection.
