CHR High Voltage System Error

Battery heavily discharged or defective might be the cause. I don't have the equipment or skill to determine that. What do you mean by 'cascading problems' exactly? Should I be worried?

By cascading, I mean one fault in the high-voltage system can trigger multiple warnings and apparent system failures. Given the error codes, and your limitations, it is best practice to seek assistance from a qualified technician. Continuing to drive may cause more damage.

Thanks for the advice. Took it in, and it turned out to be a bad high-voltage contactor. Cost 290€ to repair.

I had something similar on my CHR. System malfunction warnings are scary! Does it feel like a voltage sensor issue, or more like a battery warning? Have you checked the 12V auxiliary battery, and the high-voltage battery health? An electrical fault can trigger all sorts of cascading problems.
