I reset the Bluetooth module in the settings, but I can't find any software version options. Could you tell me more about your experience and what steps you took?

My issue was more involved and turned out to be a deeper system fault. I took it to a workshop for diagnosis and repair. I'd recommend doing that.

Thanks, I'll get it checked by a technician. It turned out the problems were indeed related to incorrect pairing with the end device with a repair cost of 45€.

I've had similar issues with my Cima. Have you tried resetting the Bluetooth module or checking for a newer software version?
