Where exactly is the fuse for the cruise control located in the fuse box? How would I check the throttle position sensor wiring? Is it easy to get to?

The fuse box layout should be in your owner's manual, but I suggest you take it to the workshop. Diagnosing electrical faults can be tricky and requires proper tools. It may be a faulty cable or plug.

Took it to the local garage. It was a corroded connector in the cruise control wiring, just like they suspected. 95€ all in. Thanks for the advice!

I had a similar cruise control issue on my Citan. Check the fuse box first, but if the error is persistent, it might be the clock spring. Have you checked the wiring around the throttle position sensor?
