Citan stuck in transport mode

I have a 2014 Mercedes Citan with a gasoline engine, almost 300000 km. It's stuck in transport mode, causing electrical issues and a dead nav system. How do I disable transport mode? Is there a specific setting or button sequence? I think I need to mess with the car electronics or do a software thing. It's driving me crazy!

I had a similar issue on a Renault. It thought it was new. See if there's a transport mode option in the main menu. Sometimes it’s hidden. Have you tried starting the engine a few times?

I tried starting the engine multiple times, no luck. Where was the setting on the Renault exactly? Was it in the main infotainment menu, or somewhere else? Was it specifically labeled transport mode?

It was in the main infotainment, under Car Configuration, I believe. And yes, it was labeled Transport Mode. If you can't find it, I'd suggest going to a workshop. They'll probably need to connect it to diagnostic tools and run some software.
