Citroen C3 AdBlue System Issue

I'm having a nightmare with my 2016 Citroen C3 diesel. The dashboard keeps flashing an error message about emissions, and the service light is constantly. A local garage said there's an error stored related to the AdBlue system, and now the car won't even start! The message says the AdBlue tank is empty, but I filled it up only a few weeks ago. I suspect a leak or malfunction with the AdBlue system itself. The car only has 35880 km on the clock! Has anyone else experienced similar problems with their C3s? Could it be the output from the tank to the dosing unit? I'm really worried about the repair costs!

Possible AdBlue pump failure or blocked injector. Check AdBlue lines for crystallization. You can try clearing the error codes, but it will likely return if the underlying issue persists.

Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly are the AdBlue lines located? Is it something I can check myself without special tools? And if it is crystallized, what's the best way to clean them? I don’t want to damage anything further.

Located near the AdBlue tank, running to the injector on the exhaust. Visual inspection only possible without tools. Crystallization confirms output issue. It's best to take to a workshop before further damage, could be expensive.

Okay, that sounds a bit beyond my capabilities. I appreciate your advice! I'll book it in with a workshop. The AdBlue output from the tank to the dosing unit was indeed defective. Cost me 250€ to repair. Thanks again!
