I am experiencing issues with my 2016 Citroen C3 gasoline engine. At 200390 km, the check engine light illuminates, accompanied by reduced engine power and poor engine response. The engine occasionally stalls at idle, and I've observed higher fuel consumption. Additionally, there is a whistling noise, progressing to a loud hissing sound during acceleration. Could this be related to the boost pressure system?

No recent turbocharger maintenance has been performed. Regarding the intercooler, is there a specific method for effectively checking for leaks beyond a visual inspection?
