Blower seems fine. Coolant level is good too. Where is the aux heater fuse located? I'm leaning towards the glow plug being the issue.

The fuse box diagram should be in your owner's manual. Given the symptoms, a defective glow plug is plausible. Honestly, at that mileage, I'd recommend having a workshop run a diagnostic. They can pinpoint the exact fault. In my case the bill came to 440€

I had a similar issue on my C3. Is the blower motor running at all? Check your heating system fuse first. Could also be a coolant leak affecting the aux heater's performance.
