Citroen C6 Uneven Engine Jerking

I'm having a weird issue with my 2017 Citroen C6, gasoline engine. It's got 222117 km on the clock. The engine's running unevenly, like it's struggling. The check engine light comes on and I get jerking when accelerating. I scanned it, and there's an error stored. Could it be the fuel injectors or maybe the fuel pump? I've also thought about engine misfire, spark plugs, or even the air filter. Anyone else experienced something similar?

In my case, a small exhaust leak was indeed the culprit. It messed with the readings and caused the engine to run rough. I would suggest visiting a workshop to check the exhaust system.
