Citroen C8 AC failure

Sounds familiar! Had the same problem with my old Renault Scenic. AC just quit. Have you checked the AC relay? That was the problem in my case.

The AC relay? Where is that located, and how do I check if it's faulty? Is it easy to replace, or is it a garage job?

Yeah, the relay. I'm no expert, but a quick Google should show you where it is. I didn't bother testing mine, just took it to a workshop after that. They confirmed it and sorted it quickly. Probably best to get it checked properly to be sure.

Okay, thanks for the head-up! I'll see if I can locate the relay and then take it to a garage for AC diagnostics. Was hoping to avoid a big bill, but it's looking like individual valves in the AC system are defect and the repair bill including parts and labor will amount to 1000€. Thanks again for the advice!
