Citroen Jumper AC and Temperature Sensor Issues

My 2021 Citroen Jumper with a diesel engine is throwing temperature sensor heat exchanger defective codes, the speedometer is flashing errors, and the AC won't turn on. I recently refilled the cooling system because of a coolant leak. Could it be a sensor malfunction or a defective HVAC system? Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar issue with my Jumper. Check the air conditioning control unit. Have the sensor calibration been checked?

I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get it diagnosed properly. In my case, the likely cause was the air conditioning control unit, and the repair cost was 980€.
