Citroen Jumper Handsfree Microphone Failure

Could be a few things. Is there excessive ambient noise? Does the system recognize any audio input at all, or is it completely dead?

Ambient noise is within acceptable parameters. The system appears to register no audio input whatsoever. Could a faulty microphone alone account for this, or does the system defect remain a probable cause?

If there's no audio input, and the ambient noise isn't the issue, I'd say it's leaning toward a bigger problem than just the mic. Might be best to get it checked at a workshop.

I took the Jumper to the workshop, and the infotainment system was indeed defective. Repair cost was 815€.
