Thanks for the quick reply! Cable damage is an interesting thought. Where exactly on your Renault Zoe was the cable damage located? And what kind of damage was it? Just trying to get a better idea of where to start looking on my Jumper. Was it something obvious, or did you need special equipment to find it?

Certainly. On my Zoe, the damage was near the connector to the inverter – chafing against the chassis, so it was not obvious. It was a partial cut, not a complete break, which is why it was intermittent. Honestly, I would highly recommend taking your Jumper to a qualified workshop, especially given it's a high-voltage system. Messing with that without proper training could be dangerous. They will be able to test the battery and wiring properly.

Okay, thanks for the advice! I appreciate you sharing your experience with the Renault Zoe. I think you're right; it's best to leave this to the professionals. I took it to the shop, and as you predicted, it was cable damage! Cost me 290€ to repair. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

Hello! While I don't have experience with the Citroen Jumper specifically, I encountered a similar problem with my 2019 Renault Zoe. It also gave me high-voltage errors and reduced power. In my case, it turned out to be a minor cable damage within the high-voltage system. The symptoms you describe sound awfully familiar. Did you check the electrical wiring already? Maybe around the inverter area?
