Citroen Nemo transport mode issue

Thanks for the quick reply! It was used as a delivery van before I got it, so I doubt it was sitting idle for long. I'll check the fuses, good call. Which diagnostic tools would be best for checking/altering the car configuration?

Okay, delivery van makes this even weirder! As for diagnostic tools, something that can access the Citroen's ECU and allow you to change vehicle settings is what you need. Honestly, at this point, you might be better off biting the bullet and taking it to a workshop with the right software. They can force it out of transport mode and check for any underlying issues causing it to think it's still in that state.

Okay, thanks. I was hoping to avoid the shop, but it sounds like that's the best bet to resolve the car configuration. I'll take it in and see what they say. Will report back, if anyone is interested. I took it to the shop and they were able to reset the transport mode. No charge, thankfully! Apparently, some software glitches can trigger it. All good now.

Whoa, transport mode on a used vehicle? That's a new one! Usually, that's only active when the car leaves the factory to protect the battery during shipping. It severely restricts functions. Are you sure the van wasn't sitting unused for a very long time before you got it? Have you tried checking all the fuses? Also, do you have access to any diagnostic tools to check the car configuration?
