The fuel pressure sensor, you say? I hadn't considered that. Where exactly is that located, and what should I be looking for? Is it a common issue?

The sensor is usually located on the fuel rail. In my case, it was indeed the connector causing the issue, resulting in similar symptoms. But I would still suggest checking the sensor itself. If you are not comfortable doing it yourself, I recommend visiting your local workshop.

You were spot on! Took it to the shop, and it turned out to be a defective fuel pressure sensor. The cable and plug connection were indeed faulty. 95€ later, and she's running like a dream again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

I once had similar issues with a 2011 Opel Astra. Before replacing expensive parts, did you check the fuel pressure sensor? What about its cable or plug connection?
