City Washer Fluid Issue
Summary of the thread
The main issue was a washer fluid low warning light and non-functional windshield washer in a 2021 Honda City hybrid. Despite appearing full, the reservoir was actually empty, causing the problem. The suggested causes included a faulty sensor, blocked nozzle, or damaged pump. The solution was to refill the reservoir, resolving the issue.

I checked, and the fluid level seems fine. I don't know how to check the sensor or a blocked nozzle. Can you explain how to figure out what's wrong?

Since the fluid is okay, it's probably the sensor or a blockage. You need special equipment to test the sensor's electrical function. For blockages, debris might be in the lines or nozzles. Given the mileage and complexity, I'd suggest a qualified technician look at it to avoid damaging anything else.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a shop, and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty, even though it looked full. They refilled it, and it works now. It cost 25€.

That sounds like a windshield washer system issue. Have you checked the fluid level in the reservoir? The sensor could be faulty even if it looks full. Also, the nozzle might be blocked, or the pump could be damaged. These things can happen with higher mileage. Has the system been used a lot, or is the pump making weird noises?
