Interesting. Do you recall the exact error code or any other symptoms you experienced? Was it definitely the lateral acceleration sensor/affected control unit?

Honestly, don't remember the code. Just remember the ABS light and the weird feeling during cornering. Best bet is to get it checked by a workshop. Saved me a lot of headache.

Thanks for the insight. Took it to a specialist and it was indeed the lateral acceleration sensor. Affected control unit defective. Cost me around 1000€ to get it sorted, but at least the electronic stability is back to normal. Appreciate the advice!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Clarity. Didn't think the control unit would go bad so soon, but these things happen.
