Key fob battery, huh? Interesting... I hadn't thought of that. How would that even trigger transport mode? Is there a way to check for a software problem?

Yeah, it's weird, I know! I'm no expert, but when my fob was dying, things got real funky. I'm betting it's an electrical issue. To be honest, you might need to take it in for a diagnostic check and maybe a software refresh.

Thanks, that helps a lot! Turns out, it was a software setting from the factory that wasn't cleared. The dealership took care of it with a quick reset. Diagnostic check and software refresh was the right idea. No repair costs

Whoa, transport mode? That's a new one! I had something kinda similar happen with my Clarity. Did you try checking the key fob battery? And does your immobilizer work? Maybe it's a software glitch? Worth a shot, right?
