Thanks for the quick reply. The alarm isn't arming at all. The error code came up during a check. Did you have the same complete failure, or just occasional problems? Can you give me more details?

I thought about fixing it myself, but I decided to take it to a shop. Given how complex it is, and how sensitive alarm systems are, I'd suggest you do the same, instead of trying to deal with the signal problem yourself.
