Clio electric steering column fault

I'm having trouble with the electric steering column adjustment on my 2022 Renault Clio with a gasoline engine. It's done 145943 km. There's an error stored, and I can't adjust the steering column electrically. I think it might be a bad cable or connection. Anyone else had this?

I had something similar with my Clio, can't remember the year. The electric steering was playing up. Was yours completely dead or just twitchy? Maybe check the fuses first.

Mine's completely unresponsive, and the error keeps logging. What exactly happened with yours, and how did you fix it? Did you have a total failure of the adjustment?

Right, mine was completely unresponsive too. I messed with it for ages, but I couldn't properly fix it myself with the tools I have. I ended up taking it to a workshop, and they sorted it.

Thanks for sharing. Looks like I'll have to visit a workshop too. The diagnostics say it's a faulty connection, and they quoted me 95€ for the repair. Thanks for your time.
