Clio Hybrid Audio System Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Renault Clio hybrid's audio system has failed, with no sound from any source and a vague fault registered in the error memory. The issue might be due to a faulty head unit or wiring problems. A suggestion was made to check the fuses related to the infotainment system, as a similar issue in another vehicle was resolved by replacing a blown fuse. However, given the error code and the need for a display replacement, professional workshop assistance is recommended.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Cheers for the quick response! I did check the fuses, but maybe not thoroughly enough. Which fuse was it on your Insignia, and was it labeled clearly for the audio system? Did you notice any other electrical issues at the same time?

On the Insignia, it was fuse F23 in the engine compartment fuse box, labeled 'Infotainment System'. However, fuse layouts vary greatly between manufacturers so it probably won't match. I understand you've got the error memory message - if the display is defective, it's possible that all your speakers will stop working; an electrical problem can have many different outputs. With that mileage, and the stored error code, you are better off taking it to a workshop.

Thanks for the insight! I suspected it might be more than just a fuse. Looks like it is as it was booked in for the display needing to be replaced, which cost 725€. Hopefully, that'll sort it. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my 2018 Opel Insignia. The whole audio system went kaput. Before you start ripping things apart, have you checked all the fuses related to the infotainment system? In my case, it turned out to be a blown fuse. It's a long shot, but worth a look before digging deeper.
