Clio Hybrid engine misfires

Hey! Sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my 2018 Opel Insignia, petrol engine. Almost identical symptoms – rough idle, check engine light, the whole shebang. Cylinder misfire was the culprit. Did you check the ignition coil or spark plug?

If the ignition coil and spark plug were defective, would that typically manifest solely as combustion misfires, or are there usually other indicators? What was the root cause in your case?

In my case with the Insignia, the misfire was the first sign of trouble! It turned out to be a faulty fuel injector. Given your symptoms and the hybrid engine, it might be wise to get the injectors checked professionally. I spent around 450€ for the repair. I suggest going to the workshop.
