Clipper automatic temperature control issue

My 2019 Nissan Clipper (gasoline engine) is acting up. The automatic temperature control is dead, throws an error, and the AC won't even kick on. Seems like the interior temperature sensor is the culprit. Anyone else seen this?

Sounds familiar! I had similar weirdness with my Clipper. It's like the climate control suddenly developed a mind of its own, refusing to play nice. Have you checked the sensor's cable and plug connection? Might be a loose wire or corroded connector messing things up. Think of it like a garden hose with a kink – the signal can't flow properly!

Cable and plug, huh? Where exactly is that located? Any tips on how to get to it without tearing the whole dashboard apart?

Yeah, that's where I'd start poking around. It's usually tucked up under the dash, near the steering column. Honestly, I'd recommend getting a workshop to check it out properly. I did, and they confirmed a dodgy connection. Saved me a lot of hassle and potential for breaking stuff! Plus, it's a pretty cheap fix – about 95€ if it's just the cable.

Good call. Workshop confirmed the faulty connection. Fixed it for 95€. Thanks for the heads-up!
