CMAX Rear Ventilation Flap Error

Sounds familiar. I had a comparable HVAC problem in my CMAX. Is the air circulation completely off in the back? Check the flap actuator; it's a known weak point. Did you already run system diagnostics?

Thanks for the quick response! Yes, the air circulation is completely off in the back. I suspected the flap actuator. I did run system diagnostics and that's how I found the error code pointing to the rear ventilation flap. Where exactly is the flap actuator located?

It's a pain to get to, buried behind the center console. I'd wager it's the connector before you tear everything apart. I ended up taking mine to a workshop. Best 95€ I've ever spent, considering the alternative.
