CMAX Windshield Washer Heater Problem

I'm having a problem with the windshield washer heater on my 2007 Ford CMAX with a gasoline engine. It has 119388 km on it. There's an error stored, and the spray nozzles freeze in cold weather. I think it's a bad cable or plug. Has anyone else seen this? How can I find the problem?

I have a CMAX and had similar symptoms last winter. Have you checked for clogged nozzles?

Yes, I checked the nozzles. The error code points to the heating element circuit. What was your issue like, any specific error messages or tests?

My error was the same. I poked around a bit but didn't want to make things worse. I ended up just taking it to a workshop. Sorry I can't be more help.

I appreciate your input. Knowing someone else had the same issue helps. I'm going to get it checked at a service facility. The estimated repair cost is about 95€.
