Hey, I'm having some trouble with my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado (gasoline engine). The climate control panel isn't working. I'm getting an error code, the heat output is weak, and the AC won't turn on. I'm suspecting a wiring issue, but not sure where to start looking.

I had a similar issue with my Colorado. Have you checked the wiring harness and plug connections to the blower motor and the HVAC control panel itself? A loose or corroded connection there can cause all sorts of weird problems with the climate control system. I would recommend giving them a look.

I also have a feeling that it is a defective cable or plug connection of the component.

OK, thanks for the advice. I took it to the workshop, and you were right: a faulty connector was the problem. They replaced it for 95€. Everything seems to be working fine now!
