Summary of the thread
The climate control panel of a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado was malfunctioning, displaying an error code, with weak heat output and a non-functional AC. The suspected cause was a wiring issue. Thanks for the suggestion! Where exactly is the blower motor located? Is it easy to get to the wiring harness?

The blower motor is typically located under the dash on the passenger side. You may need to remove a panel or two to access it. As for the wiring harness, it runs along the firewall, connecting the control panel to various components. Given the symptoms and potential complexities involved, it might be wise to take it to a trusted workshop for a proper diagnosis. I also have a feeling that it is a defective cable or plug connection of the component.

OK, thanks for the advice. I took it to the workshop, and you were right: a faulty connector was the problem. They replaced it for 95€. Everything seems to be working fine now!

I had a similar issue with my Colorado. Have you checked the wiring harness and plug connections to the blower motor and the HVAC control panel itself? A loose or corroded connection there can cause all sorts of weird problems with the climate control system. I would recommend giving them a look.
